Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer who can craft high-conversion, natural-sounding prompt flows for AI-powered phone agents and chatbots. This role blends copywriting, conversation design, and technical understanding to help our virtual agents sound more human, stay on-brand, and drive results.
Responsibilities
Design, write, and test AI prompt flows for inbound/outbound phone calls, live chat, and SMS bots
Develop multi-step conversations that guide users toward desired outcomes (booking, sales, support, etc.)
Optimize tone, language, and structure for engagement, clarity, and conversion
Collaborate with developers and campaign managers to deploy and A/B test prompt performance
Analyze interactions and revise prompts based on AI behavior, user feedback, and performance data
Implement fallback strategies, escalation triggers, and human-like language patterns
Stay up-to-date on advancements in conversational AI, LLM prompting, and voice UX

What You Bring
2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, conversation design, copywriting, or similar
Strong portfolio of chatbot or phone agent flows (bonus if you've built them in platforms like HighLevel, Twilio, or Dialogflow)
Deep understanding of prompt patterns, context management, and AI behavior tuning
Excellent written English and a knack for writing clear, natural, and persuasive prompts
Ability to balance brand voice with AI capabilities and user psychology
Familiarity with scripting conditional logic, fallback handling, and user intent mapping
Passion for AI, automation, and building smarter systems
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with tools like GPT-4, Claude, or custom LLMs
Knowledge of voice UX and text-to-speech optimization
Background in marketing, UX writing, or sales funnels
Prior work with HighLevel, GoHighLevel, or similar sales automation platforms
