Job Description:

Cynergists is seeking a highly motivated and communication-savvy Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our sales pipeline. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in opening doors for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with potential leads via phone, email, and social channels to introduce Cynergists and spark interest.


Appointment Scheduling: Qualify prospects and set up appointments for our sales team to conduct deeper consultations.


CRM Management: Accurately log interactions and track lead progress in our CRM system.


Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on goals.


Follow-Ups: Execute timely and professional follow-ups with leads who have expressed interest but haven’t yet scheduled.


Script Optimization: Use and refine call/email scripts to maximize lead conversion and engagement.


KPI Tracking: Monitor performance metrics like call volume, scheduled appointments, and conversion rates to continuously improve results.


Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or communication is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in an appointment setting, customer service, or sales support role preferred.

Experience with CRMs and communication tools is a bonus.


Skills:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in handling outbound calls and cold outreach

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to different personalities and industries
