Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins.

Address and resolve client concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.

Service Coordination & Quality Assurance:

Oversee the delivery of services/products to ensure they meet client expectations.

Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.

Client Retention & Satisfaction:

Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and long-term retention.

Conduct follow-ups and satisfaction surveys to gauge client needs and expectations.

Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services to enhance client success.

Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and service history in the CRM system.

Prepare reports on client satisfaction, service delivery, and areas for improvement.

Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative client care solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.

Experience with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
