Summary:

The Hiring Cynergists plays a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing team within Cynergists. This individual is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented leader with a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events.

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment assessments.

Partner with HR to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Onboarding & Integration:

Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires.

Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing support and guidance to new team members.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and growth.

Team Building & Development:


Identify and develop high-potential employees within the department.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

Collaborate with team members to identify and address training and development needs.

Employer Branding:

Represent the company as a positive and desirable employer in the marketplace.

Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates.

Promote the company's values and culture to attract and retain top talent.

Data Analysis & Reporting:


Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.

Generate reports and presentations to communicate recruitment progress and outcomes to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
a related field.

2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within a [Industry] environment.

Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience with [Specific recruitment tools or technologies, e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday]Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR)

Physical Demands:* Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer.

Frequent use of a computer keyboard and mouse.

Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.

May require occasional travel.


Work Environment:

Primarily an office environment.

May require occasional work outside of normal business hours.
