About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Cynergist to join our dynamic legal team.
The Legal Cynergist will play a crucial role in supporting the legal department by performing a variety of legal and administrative tasks.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues, including but not limited to contract law, intellectual property, employment law, and data privacy.
Assist with the drafting, review, and negotiation of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
Manage legal databases and ensure that all legal documents are properly organized and stored.
Prepare for legal proceedings, including gathering and organizing relevant documents and information.
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
Monitor and track legal deadlines and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar role.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to work.
